A creature that has been around since the beginning of time impregnates a gap-toothed carnival worker. The being inside of her commands her to kill random people for their blood, which is all it eats.
During the pregnancy, Yanka and the Evil Thing (E.T., get it, it's funny) maintain a growing parasitic symbiosis. Yanka begins to enjoy the killings, while still maintaining a hatred of the E.T.
Near the end of the term, Yanka and child start to head towards the ocean, where the E.T. needs to go to be birthed and fully thrive.
What is the E.T.'s purpose? Will Yanka survive long enough to birth the evil entity, and is mankind doomed forever?
