Two psychic kids and their dad live peacefully on a back rode near the beach. One day, some bikers role into town, and decide to use the family's outdoor pool to party in. The dad tells them to leave, but they refuse, and kill him instead.

The kids use their psychic powers to reanimate their father, so he can go and kill the 'bad men.' Meanwhile, a new deputy is in town, and along with the kids' teacher, Ms. Nora Dennis, he has to piece together the puzzle of what's going on, mainly by talking a lot and having sex with each other for no reason.

The bikers later go back to the house to kill the kids. At the same time, the little psychics decide to bury their dad, because they think the 'bad men' will never come back. Uh oh! What will happen?
