Hmm let's see. Wonderful house complete with a fence and doggie. A model family complete with insanely loud-ass son, clumsy-ass mother and one swingin' cat pilot daddy. An angry "ghost". Ohhh yeah...there's also the burning secret surrounding err'thing.
Seems normal right?
Well if it was then it wouldn't be on this site, dumdum head!

Guess you overlooked the "L" by the title, but don't hit the icon to move on the browser just yet. This movie still has its merits.
"Shock" is a pretty decent flick and it's also Mario Bava's last time as director. Yeah it's kind of slow, and the dubbing is pretty bad, and fucking Marco is fucking loud as hell, however, it does manage to deliver. Everyone does play their part pretty well. It was interesting to see how the crew did with the "evil angryghostperson" with it's prescence in the film considering they didn't have any of the SFX available today. You also get some really cool cameraplay and atmosphere courtesy of one of the masters, himself.
Those looking for the usual endorsements may be disappointed. There isn't that much of the red stuff. Daria (who isn't too bad on the eyes I might add) does shed some skin, though there were a couple of coverups and there was man-ass, so flags must be thrown for uneven ratio. Marco is still fucking loud. Bruno's appearence is a riot. I wonder if being pilot was the equivalent of being a pimp back in the '70s? This'un also has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard. Is all of this enough to warrant a watch? Depends on your tastes.
I, for one, found it to be some pretty good eatin'.
