Three college girls begin a trip to a rock concert. Along the way, Nancy (who's driving) decides that crashing into a ditch for no reason is the best thing to do.
The girls wake up in a mansion. Marion, who lives in the mansion, and Norman, a local "jack of all trades," are looking after Terry (the main character), mainly by grabbing her leg and staring at her. The girls' car is wrecked, but Marion says they can stay there for a while until they can figure something out.
One of the girls, Gloria is "banged up," but the other two go to eat with Marion and her mom. The mom is a bit off, and continually insults Marion and freaks out about her "men that she brings into the house."
Nancy decides the next day to head to town to call her family, since there is no phone at the mansion. Along the way, she is attacked by someone with a scythe, which she promptly grabs (?), but is stabbed in the tummy nonetheless.
Terry is left wondering where her friend is, and must all figure out what the mysterious heavy breathing is coming from upstairs. Will she figure it out in time, or will her wooden acting and Marion's hideous visage become her downfall?

Take in mind I saw this first on VHS, but I own the DVD that came out, supposedly "uncut", but I never remember how or where it was if in fact it was at all. Dunno why it was "banned" but whatever for a dollar these days I guess. The movie as a whole is alright. The music is bangin' yo. Definitely worth bumpin' in the trunk cruisin' with the windows down. Anyway, the story drags unfortunately, but does prove women can't drive. :) The kills are nothing special, except for the last one, which caught me off guard kinda, but I liked it. In that same right it goes with the end of the film. Although the ending is nothing genious, it helps and I did enjoy it. Of course, nudity is always welcome, and now I know that women shower together; I saw it. The film is hampered with fade-out's and being too drawn out trying to create "atmosphere" I believe. I'd suggest checking it out at least once. It's not the best in the world, but it has it's moments.

This one wasn't too bad. Not much in the vein of originality really, as it mainly becomes a Psycho knock-off amongst the whodunnit mystery, but the super secret ending isn't exactly foreseeable (mainly because they cheat, but oh well) and some of the kills don't look too bad.
I really think the actually killer is the camerman himself. The guy walks around filming people, apparently masturbating the whole time, and then they wind up dead. And he is LOUD, man. How these kids don't hear him coming from a mile away is the biggest mystery to me. He might as well be shooting off bazookas when he creeps up on people.
Anyway I say rent and then quickly forget. No real reason to hang around after the film is done with.

Taco Time!
Geez, women drivers...
Feeling her leg up is a diagnosis?
I think we get the idea that Gloria is 'banged up.'
What the hell happened to Nancy's hair?
Ooh, I think that was the wrong note, Marion.
Nice "lightning."
They're showering together? Does this really happen??
How did she catch the scythe?
Tea makes everything better ... I guess?
Is Terry not allowed to sit in a damn chair?
Wanking, wanking....and I'm spent.
Terry and Norman's exchange sounds like an interview.
Did the projector break? What the hell is going on?
VERY bad voice over!
Terry - "I'll be sure to excuse myself when she breaks out the heroin."
Norman - "Next time..." (stares)
Mother - "There's so many things that Marion...doesn't.....tell......me."
Mother - "Deny it, you slut!"
Marion - "While she thought it prudent to keep the family unit together, he was off exploring some jungle with his friends."
Terry - "Gloria, the little one that was scrumbled up..."
