A rash of bear murders is taking place around the Norwegian countryside, and people are nervous. A group of film students decide to try and figure out the truth. While following the trail of murders, the students realize one man always seems to show up. When they follow him, they realize they're way in over their heads. Well, something is, anyway - giant trolls! Hans, the Troll Hunter, has some secrets to share, and decides to bring the young filmmakers along on his travels. He hopes it will be his last ride - but it may be for all of them!
