Unbelievable news this week in celebrity passings. First Ed McMahon, then Farrah Fawcett, and now Michael Jackson. Ed McMahon died of natural causes, while Farrah Fawcett lost a battle with colon cancer, and Michael Jackson passed on from cardiac arrest. R.I.P. to all three, you will be missed.

There so many more TV and movie stars than in the past. With the boom in the number of cable channels, the speed at which movies are made, and the stars that internet phenomenon such as YouTube have created, it will only become a more common occurrence to hear of celebrities passing in the news.

Sad news today as David Carradine, most recently famous for his role in Kill Bill 2, was found "sitting in a wardrobe with a rope around his neck" in his hotel room in Thailand (BBC). With over 200 movie roles accredited to him on IMDB, he is most famous for his role in the 70s show "Kung Fu" and again in "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues" in the 90s.
